Scott was a good communicator, quickly available, got the job done (replaced tank and severely rusted out valve/plumbing) in about an hour. Stayed at the original estimate which was very reasonable. Flawless! I highly recommend him.

The professionals from Priority were great. The professionals were able to come to the property to fixed and replace filter on pump. Would recommend to family and friends.

I lost water, so this was an immediate issue. I was contacted quickly after making the request and he was able to get me in that day. After he showed up and diagnosed the problem, which was my well pump, he was able to replace in around an hour. Everything is working good now.

I called another company late at night and got an answering machine, how dissapointing! I called this place late at night and was able to talk to a person who showed up the next day! my well line was broken and I did not need a pump right away but choose to replace it now than later. The price was very reasonable, the service was priceless! If you are looking to have service 24/7, a person who is honest and easy to work with, then this is the person for you. I was very happy with the work done and he was informative, answered all my question, there were many, I would recommend him without reservation. The work was done professionally and no short cuts or shoty hack job. The materials he had to repair the line and the additional materials he put in place to insure long life of the line and pump was amazing. He thought of everything and expained each step. Of course my cold water tank was leaking on the floor on a Saturday. Called Priority Pump and spoke with a person directly even on a Saturday. Scott came out in a couple of hours to replace the cold water tank and all the fittings the same day and his price does not have any extra in it due to being a Saturday. Thanks Scott for a wonderful job clean, quick and a good price for same day service even on a Saturday. Would use again.

Scott responded by phone about 10min. after an online request was made on a Sunday morning. He was able to get to my problem within an hour of this call. He is very pleasant and professional.
